This newly developed Tongue and Groove Cutter enables perfect results in stock up to 18mm (aprx 3/4"). The groove is 1/4" (6.35mm) in width and 3/8" (9.5mm) in depth. When changing over from Tongue assembly to Groove assembly, the center of the groove is automatically adjusted and there is no need to raise or lower the router. With the aid of the supplied shims, there is always the possibility to achieve the required tightness of the joint, even after resharpening groovers.
