Suction block VC – The flexible solution for Biesse CNC machines

The proven vacuum clamping system VC can be used universally on CNC machines made of an Italian manufacturer (Biesse) with an aluminum profile shown on the bottom. The standard height is H=29 mm. As a result of the new shape of the sealing lip on the surface of the suction block, we have a noticeably higher holding force. Damaged rubber sealing plates are easy to replace. Biesse Adapter for Grid Tables

In working with Point to Point machines and Nested Base machines there are not many options for using the same clamping pods for both. Now there is an option. By placing the Biesse adapter plate over a vacuum port on a Nested Base machine a customer can use the Point to Point pods on both types of machines.
